The present confidentiality policy defines and informs you of the way in which the gîtes "Les Terrasses" use and protect the information that you transmit to it, in particular, when you (hereinafter the "User") use the present site accessible from the following URL: https://www.gites-les-terrasses.com (hereinafter the "Site").

Please note that this privacy policy may be modified or completed at any time by "Les Terrasses", in particular in order to comply with any legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential or technological evolution.

In such a case, the date of its update will be clearly identified at the top of the present policy. These modifications are binding on the User as soon as they are put online. I. PERSONAL DATA

In general, it is possible for the User to visit the Site without communicating any personal information about him/her. The User is therefore under no obligation to transmit this information to Gîtes "Les Terrasses".

6- Response time

Les Gîtes "Les Terrasses" undertakes to reply to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other additional request for information within a reasonable period of time, which may not exceed one month from receipt of your request.

7- Authorised service providers and transfer to a third country

The gîtes "Les Terrasses" inform you that they have recourse to authorised service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data that you have communicated to them, in particular for the reservation (elloha.com) and payment (stripe.com) procedures.

Les Gîtes "Les Terrasses" have previously ensured that its service providers have implemented adequate guarantees and comply with strict conditions regarding confidentiality, use and data protection. In particular, vigilance has been exercised regarding the existence of a legal basis for any transfer of data to a third country.

8- Complaint to the competent authority

If you consider that "Les Terrasses" does not respect its obligations with regard to your Personal Information, you can address a complaint or a request to the competent authority. II. POLICY ON COOKIES
